Dreams vs Reality


next week's recess week ! zomggggg. that means term one for sem two is coming to an end and i really needa start using this break to catch up on my studies :C

i've lost count on the number of times i've said this - i really am in the wrong course.
i dont enjoy being in bio sci at all. so what, even if i am in ntu. i'm not studying something i enjoy nor have an interest in. and this brings me to the fact, dreams vs reality.
there's so much you can dream about, being a doctor/lawyer/businessman etc etc but the society is crude, especially so in asian countries, afterall it boils down to the grades reflected on your certificate. i hate it. or perhaps, we always will need people like me to fill up the spaces for jobs, which aren't that attractive, therefore the society needs to force people to do what they don't like. given a choice, i still really wanna be a hairstylist, my dream job huh. hahas. but i needa be pragmatic and first at least get a decent degree,because an A level cert is literally unless, before i can set out to do what i want to do. mega sighhhhhhh.

and i now wonder,

i was wrong to think that i could keep you by my side ;
